Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Please email and quote your order number. We will send you a return form and shipping address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Earrings (for health reasons), discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a store credit for the exact amount paid at checkout. We will send your credit note within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. Should the item still be available in your required size, you can purchase it with your store credit. Regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
